What is your mode of payment?

At the moment, we accept payments made via online bank transfer and bank deposits. We also accept payments via PayPal.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on our schedule of delivery and availability of our items. Our delivery schedule is every Monday and Friday of the week. Upon the transfer to the transit of the item, it usually takes 2-3 business days for Metro Manila while Provincial shipping can take about 3-10 business days. However due to COVID-19 border restrictions and land quarantine, kindly expect for further delays that may occur especially for provincial deliveries. Thank you for your kind understanding. We use Fifth Express (Track your Package Here) for our Metro Manila Deliveries and Courier Express for our Provincial deliveries as our courier and you can track the status of your package here: Track my Package.


How much is the shipping fee?

Your shipping fee will depend upon your delivery location. Our flat rate for Metro Manila is 120 Php while the Provincial flat rate starts at 190 Php. A 50 Php adds up if your item exceeds our standard shipping weight.

What is your return and refund policy?

All items are carefully packed and checked prior to shipping. We did our very best so that the items can arrive at its best condition in your doorsteps. Please note that we are only able to provide refunds in very limited to zero circumstances.

Can someone else receive the package for me?

Absolutely, yes! Just make sure to leave an authorization letter in case of a request from the rider.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! If you’re based outside the Philippines and have great interest in our books, don’t hesitate to place your order on our website because we ship worldwide. The maximum number of books (of any kind!) you can order is up to 70 copies. Ideal weight limit is maximum of 20kgs. Please expect that as the weight increases, the shipping fee increases as well. Kindly email us first if you’re planning to order in bulk.


What are your business hours?

We respond to emails, orders, and queries from 8 am – 6 pm, Monday to Saturday. We highly respect Sunday for church and family time, so please bear with us when we don’t respond to your messages sent on a Sunday.

Can I still pay for my order after the 24-hour payment policy?

We believe that grace should be given at all times. Just shoot us an email regarding your situation and we’ll see how we can be of help.
